The rooms bear the name of their original function and location on the farm. Annick and Frank have provided a modern look within the rustic framework of the building.
In our rooms we can accommodate two, to sometimes even five guests
The rooms always have solid parquet floors, modern bathrooms with toilet and a spacious sitting area with TV.
All our rooms are equipped with quality box springs, laid out as Double or Twin, as you wish.

A cozy breakfast and sitting area with Honesty bar & gas fireplace.
Covered carport with bike storage, Pingpong and frog table!
Wifi
Wifi available in all rooms and also in all common areas of the B&B.
Room prices
Our prices always include a full breakfast, bed and bath linen, parking, bicycle parking and tourist tax.During weekends, school vacations and the high season we ask our guests to book at least two nights.From three nights we give 10% discount on the total room price. For a single night we ask a 10% surcharge.During the High Season from April 1 to November 15, our listed room rates are 10% more expensive!
Payments
We accept cash payment as well as Maestro, Visa & Mastercard! The 'VisitLimburg-Cheque' and the 'Flanders-Vakantiecheques' are also very welcome!
We always ask for a deposit to consider a reservation as final. That way both we and our guests are sure of the reservation!
Booking conditions
In case of cancellation, we charge 100% of your room rate between 7 and 0 days before arrival, 50% of your room rate between 21 and 8 days before arrival, and more than three weeks before arrival: 25 euros. During extended weekends, and WE with a holiday in it, we ask for a stay with at least 3 nights.
House rules
Check-in is available from 4 pm - check-out is until 11:30 am. Rooms are completely non-smoking. Pets are not allowed
Groups: also welcome
Would you like to come and stay with a family, group of friends, mountain bike club,... ? We will gladly make an appropriate offer based on 12 to 19 persons!
